Director & Producer

I create and produce live experiences that bring together performance, atmosphere, design, and audience connection. My work spans artistic and creative direction, project management, stage management, and event production. I’m particularly interested in projects where the audience experience extends beyond the performance itself—where the environment, pacing, visual world, performers, music, and details of the event all contribute to a cohesive experience.

As the Director and Producer of Artease Dance Collective, I lead projects from initial concept through execution. This means moving fluidly between the creative and logistical sides of a project: developing the artistic vision, building production plans and budgets, coordinating artists and collaborators, managing venues and vendors, overseeing rehearsals and production logistics, and making real-time decisions on site.

I enjoy taking an ambitious creative idea and figuring out what it will actually take to make it happen.

Creative Direction

My approach to direction begins with the experience I want the audience to have. I develop concepts, shape artistic direction, choreograph and direct performers, collaborate with musicians and other artists, and consider how movement, music, environment, and audience interaction work together.

Rather than treating the performance as an isolated element, I think about the entire experience from the moment an audience member enters a space to the moment they leave. At the core is one question--what do I want the audience to feel?

My work often involves bringing together artists from different disciplines and creating a cohesive artistic language across the project.

Production & Project Management

Creative projects require both vision and infrastructure. I’m comfortable working on both sides. My background also includes bookkeeping for arts and entertainment companies, giving me a strong foundation in budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.

I have experience managing projects from early development through final execution, including:

Developing project timelines, schedules, and production plans
Building and managing project budgets
Coordinating artists, performers, musicians, vendors, venues, and production teams
Managing rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and event-day operations
Developing run-of-show documents, checklists, and production workflows
Coordinating staffing and volunteers
Managing venue logistics and production requirements
Communicating across creative and operational teams
Identifying potential problems and developing solutions before they become urgent
Troubleshooting in real time while protecting the larger creative vision

Beyond the Stage

While my background is rooted in the performing arts, my interests as a producer extend into experiential events, installations, ceremonies, corporate events, and multidisciplinary creative projects.

I’m drawn to work that asks: How can we transform a space, create a memorable atmosphere, and give an audience an experience they couldn’t have anywhere else?

That question is at the center of how I approach creative production—whether I’m directing a performance, managing a production team, or building the logistical framework behind a larger experiential project.

Selected Projects

Ropes & Ribbons

An immersive evening of ambient and spotlight performances spanning dance, aerial, circus, sculpture, and live music. The event also featured a large-scale rope art installation created live throughout the evening, inviting guests to engage with and become part of the evolving environment.

Taste of Tension

A cabaret experience designed around the venue’s specialty cocktail menu, with each performance paired to a corresponding drink to create a cohesive, multi-sensory experience. The concept was also adapted into a dinner theater format for a second venue.

Monthly Socials and Workshops

Ongoing monthly events bringing together performers, artists, and community members through curated social programming, art education, and facilitated experiences.

Bound Bloom

A salon-style performance experience bringing together multidisciplinary artists and collaborators alongside art and philosophy inspired conversation prompts. Designed to move beyond passive spectatorship, the event encouraged guests to engage with the work, connect with one another, and participate in thoughtful discussion.

Corporate & Private Event Entertainment

Bespoke performance experiences for private and corporate events, integrating creative direction, performer coordination, production logistics, client and venue coordination, and audience engagement. Projects range from intimate private gatherings to large-scale corporate events, with each experience tailored to the client, venue, and occasion.
